Waterford Estates is managed by Triad Senior Living, a leader in the senior living community since 1989. Our goal is simple: To provide affordable housing to a growing elderly population by allowing them to age within a residential setting they are proud to call home. We realize today's senior has an increasing number of housing options. Therefore, everything we do, from the corporate manager to on-site staff, is to make certain our resident's needs are met with a warm and compassionate service.

Blake N. Fail is the chief executive officer and sole owner of all Triad Senior Living corporate entities. Blake has been active in senior housing development, ownership and management since 1989. Since that time, he has led entities that have developed 20 senior living communities in 8 states. Triad entities currently own and/or manage more than 1,000 units of independent and assisted living in Florida, Illinois and Oklahoma. Blake is a member of several corporate boards and has been a speaker at senior living forums for such national groups as the Urban Land Institute.

Affordable Community Housing Trust-Epsilon, Inc is led by Jon Paden, President. ACHT exists to provide housing opportunities and services to seniors, low-income individuals and families, according to their needs, in environments that encourage positive growth in all areas of our residents' lives.
